Cheesy Garlic Bread
Don’t you dare buy frozen garlic bread! It’s incredibly easy to prepare a gourmet garlic bread at home; this recipe takes it to the next level by adding fresh rosemary and salty Il Villaggio Parmigiano-Reggiano. Bread is often used to mop up the leftover sauce on your plate, but you’ll want to eat this zesty bread on its own before and during your meal!

 
Ingredients
  • 1 loaf ciabatta bread, sliced horizontally
  • 6 cloves of garlic, chopped
  • ½ cup extra virgin olive oil
  • ¼ cup Il Villaggio Parmigiano-Reggiano, grated
  • ¼ cup Il Villaggio Pecorino Romano, grated
  • 2 Tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper

Instructions
  1. Place garlic in food processer and processes until minced. Add the salt, pepper, and rosemary and pulse a couple times until everything is blended together.
  2. In a medium saucepan, heat oil and then add garlic mixture. Immediately remove pan from the heat once garlic mixture has been added.
  3. Spread garlic mixture on bread. Top with blend of parmigiano-reggiano and pecorino romano cheeses.
  4. Wrap bread in tin foil and bake for 10-15 minutes on 350F until cheese has melted.
