Provolone Piccante is an all purpose cheese and is at its best when savored alongside slices of fresh pear, olives, raw vegetables or salami. I think it STINKS that just because I live in central FL and shop at Publix who is SUPPOSED TO CARRY YOUR PRODUCTS, they NEVER have your provolone wedges!!!! Seriously?! Your company it letting Bel Gioso have a bigger store presence with their sub-standard Italian cheese products, and I’m stuck with nothing to eat wishing that I could have friends from my home state of NJ send me GOOD Italian food supplies so I’d not be writing things like this to a company that seems not to care about its consumers.
