Il Villaggio® Gorgonzola Piccante Cheese, White Bean, & Basil Spread
Ingredients
- 1 can white kidney beans, drained, rinsed (15 oz.)
- ⅓ cup fresh basil leaves
- 3 Tbsp. white balsamic or champagne vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
- ¼ tsp. salt
- ¼ tsp. ground black pepper
- ⅓ cup sun-dried tomatoes, minced
- ¼ cup Il Villaggio® Gorgonzola Piccante, cut into ¼” pieces (2 oz.)

Instructions
- Into a food processor bowl add beans, basil, vinegar, oil, salt, and pepper. Process until smooth. Scrape sides of bowl. Process again.
- Transfer bean mixture to a medium bowl. Stir in sun-dried tomatoes and cheese. Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate. If desired, serve with additional cheese on top. Serve with crackers. Makes 1 3⁄4 cup.
